Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how US Relief Path ("we," "us," or "our"), a marketing brand owned and operated by Gabe Marketing LLC, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website. We believe in being transparent about exactly what we collect and why.
Important: US Relief Path is an advertising and marketing service only. We are not a debt relief company, financial advisor, or service provider. When you call the phone number on our site, you are connected with an independent third-party debt relief company. This privacy policy covers only the data we collect through our website, not data collected by the third-party provider you speak with on the phone.
1. Information We Collect
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect the following information:
- IP Address — We obtain your IP address through a third-party geolocation service (ipinfo.io) when the page loads. This is used for geolocation purposes and for advertising conversion tracking.
- Approximate Location — From your IP address, we derive your approximate city, state, and zip code. We do not track precise GPS location.
- Browser User Agent String — Your browser automatically sends this information, which includes your browser type, version, and operating system. We capture this for analytics and conversion tracking.
- Facebook Cookies (_fbp, _fbc) — If you arrived at our site from a Facebook ad, Facebook's tracking pixel may set cookies on your browser. Our JavaScript reads these cookies for advertising conversion tracking purposes only.
- Session ID (UUID) — We generate a random, unique session identifier and store it in your browser's sessionStorage. This identifier does not persist after you close your browser tab. It is used to associate your quiz answers and consent events within a single session.
Information You Provide Through the Quiz
Our website includes a short qualification quiz that asks:
- Whether you live in the United States
- Your approximate debt amount range (e.g., "$10,000+" or "$0–$10,000")
- Whether you are making minimum payments on your debt
These answers are stored temporarily in your browser's memory (JavaScript variables) during your visit. They are not saved to any database by us and are lost when you close the page.
Information We Do NOT Collect
We want to be clear about what we do not collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your Social Security number
- Your date of birth
- Your bank account or credit card numbers
- Any financial account credentials
We do not run credit checks of any kind. We do not store personal data in any long-term database, with the exception of the consent audit log described below.
Phone Number
Our website does not capture your phone number. However, when you tap the call button on our site, the call is routed through our call tracking platform (Retreaver), which does capture the caller's phone number for call routing, quality assurance, and billing purposes.
Consent Audit Log
When you interact with the TCPA consent checkbox on our site or initiate a call, we log the following for legal compliance purposes:
- Your session UUID (randomly generated, not tied to your identity)
- Your IP address
- Your browser user agent string
- The exact date and time (UTC) of the action
- The page URL you were on
- The exact consent text that was displayed to you
- The action taken (checkbox checked, unchecked, or call initiated)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- Advertising optimization — IP address, user agent, location data, and Facebook cookies are sent to Meta/Facebook via the Facebook Pixel and Conversions API so we can measure ad performance and optimize our advertising campaigns.
- Call routing — Location data may be used to route your call to the appropriate third-party debt relief provider.
- Legal compliance — The consent audit log is maintained to document that users provided consent before initiating a phone call, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
- Site functionality — Quiz answers are used within the page to determine your eligibility result and display appropriate content during your visit.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information with the following categories of third parties:
- Meta/Facebook — We send hashed IP address, user agent, approximate geographic data, and Facebook cookie values to Meta through the Facebook Pixel and Conversions API for advertising measurement and optimization. Data sent to Meta is hashed (one-way encrypted) before transmission where applicable.
- Retreaver (Call Tracking Platform) — Retreaver routes the phone calls made from our site and captures the caller's phone number, call duration, and call outcome for call tracking and billing.
- Call Brokerage and Debt Relief Service Providers — When you call the number on our site, your call may be routed through one or more intermediary service partners (call brokers) before being connected with an independent third-party debt relief company. Any information you provide during the phone call (your name, financial details, etc.) is collected by the parties you speak with, not by us. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
- Google / TikTok / Snap — We use tracking pixels from these advertising platforms for ad conversion measurement. These pixels may collect anonymized browsing data according to each platform's privacy policy.
We do NOT sell your personal information to data brokers, lead buyers, or any other third parties.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses the following cookies and tracking technologies:
- Facebook Pixel (_fbp, _fbc cookies) — Set by Meta/Facebook to track ad conversions and optimize ad delivery. These cookies identify your browser for advertising purposes.
- Google Tag Manager / Google Ads — Used for ad conversion tracking and analytics.
- TikTok Pixel — Used for ad conversion tracking on TikTok.
- Snap Pixel — Used for ad conversion tracking on Snapchat.
- sessionStorage (Session UUID) — A randomly generated session identifier stored in your browser's sessionStorage. This is not a cookie and is automatically deleted when you close the browser tab.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, blocking cookies may affect how our site and third-party tracking pixels function.
5. TCPA Disclosure
By checking the consent checkbox on our site and calling the phone number provided, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by US Relief Path, its service partners, affiliates, and third-party debt relief service providers via telephone (including autodialed, prerecorded, or artificial voice calls), SMS/text message, or email regarding debt relief services. This consent applies if your call is disconnected, missed, or requires a follow-up.
Your call may be routed through one or more intermediary service partners before reaching the debt relief company that will handle your inquiry. By placing the call, you consent to this routing and to being contacted by any party in the call chain.
You understand this consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency may vary. You can reply "STOP" to opt out of text messages or "HELP" for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. No purchase is necessary to use our website.
6. Your Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:
- Right to Know — You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which it was collected, the purpose for collecting it, and the third parties with whom we shared it.
- Right to Delete — You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, we may retain consent audit logs for legal compliance).
- Right to Opt Out of Sale — You have the right to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@usreliefpath.org.
Do Not Sell My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. If you would like to submit a request related to the sale of personal information, or if you have questions about our data practices, please email privacy@usreliefpath.org.
7. Nevada Privacy Rights
If you are a Nevada resident, Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A (SB 220) gives you the right to submit a verified request directing us not to sell your personal information. We do not sell your personal information as defined under Nevada law. If you would like to submit such a request, please contact us at privacy@usreliefpath.org.
8. Do Not Call
If you have called the number on our site and do not wish to receive any return calls, you may request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list by emailing privacy@usreliefpath.org with the subject line "Do Not Call Request" and including the phone number you want removed. We will process your request within 30 days.
Please note that calls you make to third-party debt relief providers through our site are handled by those providers. To stop calls from them, you will need to contact them directly.
9. Data Retention
- Consent audit logs (session UUID, IP address, user agent, timestamp, consent text, and action) are retained for a minimum of 5 years for legal compliance purposes. The TCPA statute of limitations is 4 years; we retain records for an additional year as a safety buffer.
- Quiz answers are not persisted beyond your browser session. They exist only in temporary browser memory and are lost when you close the page.
- Advertising data sent to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap) is retained and managed according to each platform's own data retention policies.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe that a child under 18 has provided information through our site, please contact us at privacy@usreliefpath.org and we will take steps to delete that information.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. Data sent to advertising platforms is hashed before transmission where applicable. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
